2011, at First Missionary Baptist Church in Morton. Scott Wesley and Chris Dunn
with the church officiated the double-ring ceremony. The bride was escorted by
her father.
The bride is the daughter of Scott and ShaRita Wesley of Decatur.
The groom is the son of of Letty and Jim Reeves of Denton.
Maid of honor was Victoria Mayo, and bridesmaids were Meagan Wesley and Kevin
Dunn.
Best man was Tyler Prcin, and groomsmen were Brook Prcin and Lance McMaster.
Flowergirl was Addi Mohr, daughter of Brian and Tonya Mohr. Ringbearer was
Clayton Timmons, son of Judd and Lacy Timmons.
Usher was Judd Timmons. Candlelighters were ShaRita Wesley, Julie Prcin and
Letty Reeves.
A reception was hosted by the Wesley and Prcin families at Cochran County
Activity Center. Gina Mayo and Lacey Lumpkins were servers.
The bride is a 2011 graduate of North Hills private school.
The groom is a 2008 graduate of Alvord High School. He is employed by Decatur
Livestock.
Following a honeymoon trip to Ruidoso, N.M., the couple live in Sunset.

Jim and Janis Alling
Jim and Janis Alling of Rhome celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a
reception hosted by their children and grandchildren.
Jim Alling and the former Janis Bennett were married June 24, 1961, at the First
Baptist Church of Anson.
They have a son, Dr. Jeff Alling, of Decatur and daughter J’Lynn Congdon of
Highland Village; and grandchildren Nathan Alling, Jonathan Alling, Hannah
Alling, Sarah Alling and Lee Congdon.
Jim is a retired Army lieutenant colonel, active in the U.S. Army for nine
years, including service in the Vietnam War. He was promoted to major before
serving in the reserves for 18 years.
Jim was a pastor at First Baptist Church and Community Church in Possum Kingdom
Lake for 15 years and tax assessor-collector for Palo Pinto County for two
years.
Before he retired, he drove trucks for Schneider and JB Hunt for 12 years. He is
an active member of The River Church in Decatur, where he teaches classes and
serves in the men’s group.
Janis taught math for 29 years in Fort Worth, Graford and Northwest school
districts.
She tutors students, is employed part-time at Wise Choices Pregnancy Center in
Decatur, volunteers at North Texas Community Hospital in Bridgeport, is a member
of the Decatur Woman’s Club and teaches classes at The River Church.
They attend the football games, track meets, plays, concerts and ballet recitals
of their grandchildren

bachelor’s degree in agribusiness at Sam Houston State University. He works

double-ring ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Charlie and Sherry Dane of Decatur.
The groom is the son of Roxanne Miller Arnal of Ellenton, Fla., and James and
Paige Arnal of Lavergne, Tenn.
Escorted by her father, the bride wore an ivory satin gown adorned with
Swarovski crystal beading that featured a sweetheart neckline and
cathedral-length train. Her headpiece was an ivory veil edged with Swarovski
beading. She carried a bouquet of cascading Black Magic roses.
Maid of honor was Cassidy Dane, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Rebecca
Ingle, Kristin Hoffman and Alicia Gage. They wore black cocktail dresses and
pearl necklaces.
Flower girls were Lana and Callie Ross, daughters of Brent and Erin Ross.
Best man was Josh Arnal, brother of the groom. Groomsmen were Ben Self, Josh
Self and Chandler Dane.
A reception followed at The Mansion.
The bride is a graduate of Decatur High School and Baylor University, where she
earned a degree in management information systems. She is the owner of Bride
Associates, a wedding consulting firm in Colleyville.
The groom earned a degree in architecture from the University of Texas at
Arlington. He expects to graduate in December with a master’s degree in
architecture from UTA. He is an architect for Gailer.Tolson.French Design
Associates in Bedford.
Following a honeymoon trip to Puerto Morelos, Mexico, the couple live in Dallas.

Escorted by her father, the bride wore a simple white a-line dress with an
overlay that gathered on the left side of the waistline. Her headpiece was a
medium-length veil with ribbon lining. She carried scarlet roses with diamond
accents in the middle of each bloom.
Matron of honor was April Streets, older sister of the bride, of Seminole.
Bridesmaids were Ragan Lemaster, sister of the bride, of Garnett, Kan., and
Bailey Williams, cousin of the bride, of Bridgeport. Junior bridesmaid was
Morgan Lemaster, sister of the bride, of Garnett.
Matron of honor and bridesmaids wore full-length black dresses with white
accents and carried white roses with red ribbon. Junior bridesmaid wore a
full-length black-and-white polka dot dress with a white cardigan and carried
white roses with a red ribbon accent.
Flower girl was Ally Streets, daughter of J.J. and April Streets of Seminole,
niece of the bride.
Ringbearer was River Lemaster, son of Chad and Jamee Lemaster of Garnett,
brother of the bride. Madason Hoots, Ashlynn Hoots and Sunnie Wacasey of
Bridgeport handed out favors at the reception, held at the church.
Best man was William Burris, the groom’s father, of Bridgeport. Groomsmen were
T.J. Burris, brother of the groom, of Bridgeport, Cody Burris, brother of the
groom, of Carrollton and Zac Klassen, friend of groom, of Oklahoma City.
Ushers were Tommy Marshall of Commerce and Andrew Albert of Oklahoma City.
Pianist was Amy Williams of Oklahoma City. Soloists were Anna Williams of
Oklahoma City and Nathan and Betsy Heckle.
The bride is a 2011 graduate of Heartland Baptist Bible College in Oklahoma City

in biblical studies.

will live in Oklahoma City.

Carroll A. Caddell and the former Carolyn Mires were married Feb. 10, 1961, in
Burleson.
They have daughters, Lou Ellen Shannon and husband, Phillip, Karen Pritzker and
husband, Phillip, and Atha Thompson, and husband, Craig; and four grandchildren.
During their marriage, the couple served in the U.S. Army and operated a dairy
farm, and he served as a United Methodist pastor in for 35 years, serving three
years in Alvord.
Now the couple is retired on their farm near Krum.

and earned a bachelor of science degree at Texas A&M University.
Following a career as a broadcast journalist in West Texas and St. Louis, she is
assistant director of media relations at the University of Houston.
The groom is the son of Mark and Diane Culpepper of Boyd. He is a graduate of
Boyd High School and earned a bachelor of business administration degree in
energy commerce from Texas Tech University. He is employed by Devon Energy in
Houston.
A cocktail reception followed the ceremony on the beach and their families later
hosted receptions in New Braunfels and Boyd.

bodice featuring a cuff neckline and a beaded ballgown skirt. She carried a

double-ring ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Travis Stone and Margie Stone of Center Point.
The groom is the son of Jamie and David Ishmael of Akron, Ohio, formerly of
Decatur.
Escorted by her father, the bride wore a white iridescent taffeta gown. The
mermaid-cut gown had a sweetheart bodice and a dipped backline. A flower-detail
belt adorned her waist and the gown’s skirt featured ruffles of taffeta
cascading to the end of the chapel train.
She carried a bouquet of stargazer lilies, white hydrangeas and white calla
lilies.
Matron of honor was Heather Chaney of Euless. Bridesmaids were Taylor Stone,
sister of the bride, of Kerrville, Dana Endres of Houston, Jessica Keegan of
Houston, Hannah Brown of Center Point and Alyson Rainey of Fort Worth.
Junior bridesmaid was Kate Stone, sister of the bride, of Center Point. Honorary
bridesmaid was Jackie Murphree of Decatur.

Sanford, Fla. They moved to Texas in 1972.

They have two sons, Donald R. Lovell and wife, Lynn, of Colorado Springs, Colo.,
and Gary D. Lovell and wife, Janice, of Decatur; five grandchildren and eight
great-grandchildren.
The couple retired from Lovell Plumbing Supply and attend First Baptist Church
in Decatur. He is a member of the American Legion, and she is a member of
Epsilon Sigma Alpha.
