The parents of the bride hosted a dinner and dance reception at Ridglea Country Club in Fort Worth. The rehearsal dinner was hosted by the groom’s parents at Stockyards Station in Fort Worth.
Alex is the granddaughter of Barbara and Will Pannabecker of Austin, Sharon Pannabecker of Waco and Glenn and Connie Smith of Fort Worth. She graduated from Decatur High School in 2007 and from Baylor University in 2012 with a master of taxation. Alex is a Certified Public Accountant and is an auditor at PKF Texas in Houston.
The groom is the grandson of Marvin and Imogene Becker of Riesel and Beverly and Tom Preston of Perkinston, Miss. Garrett graduated from Riesel High School in 2006 and Texas State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting in 2011. In 2013, he graduated from the University of Houston with a Master of Science in accountancy. Garrett is a Certified Public Accountant and is an auditor at Deloitte and Touche in Houston.
The couple took a honeymoon trip to Cancun, Mexico, and they now live in Houston.

The bride-elect graduated from Callisburg High School in 2007 and is a 2014 graduate of Midwestern State University with a nursing degree. She is a cardiac nurse at Christus St. Michael’s Hospital in Texarkana.
The prospective groom is a 2004 graduate of Decatur High and a 2008 graduate of Texas A&M College Station with a degree in agriculture economics. He is athletics director at Queen City High School.

David married Shirley Mantooth in 1965 at the First United Methodist Church in Euless.
He is retired from the Euless Fire Department, and they’re members of the First United Methodist Church in Decatur.
The Byers have three children: Greg Byers and wife, Dawn, of Decatur; David Byers and wife, Crista, of Henrietta; and Tricia Mackie and husband, Russell, of Lott.
They have seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Trey Talley, assistant pastor at Northview Baptist Church in Lewisville, officiated the double-ring ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Don and Dee Hollister of Greenville.
The groom is the son of Melton and Arlena Cude of Decatur.
Escorted by her father, the bride wore a white chiffon, A-line strapless gown with embroidery details. Her mid-length veil featured a pearl embellished comb. She carried a bouquet of light pink Gerbera daisies, hot pink carnations and white roses with a base wrapped in burlap and lace.
Matron of honor was Lindsay Molton of Paris, and maid of honor was Madi Small of Denton.
Bridesmaids included: Cacey Hollister, sister of the bride, of Denton; Julie Hollister, sister of the bride, of Greenville; Alex Patterson of Corpus Christi; and Amy Perez, sister-in-law of the bride, also of Corpus Christi.
Bridal attendants wore light pink dresses in varying styles and carried a smaller version of the bride’s bouquet.
Best man was Jonathan Cortina of Denton.
Groomsmen were Ralston Wright of Argyle, and Daniel Werner, Peter McKinney, Zane Bonham and Corey Newman, all of Denton.
Ringbearer was Dez Harris, nephew of the bride, of Denton.
Ushers were Justus Morgan and Hayden Arnold of Denton.
Pianist was Kendall Lucas, music leader at Denton Bible Church.
Soloist was Hannah Garrison of Denton.
Following the ceremony, a reception was hosted by Shanon and Mark Small at the church. The Smalls are the maid of honor’s parents. Seven friends of the bride served at the reception.
After one night at the Gaylord Texan hotel in Grapevine, the couple spent four nights at The Secrets Resort in Los Cabos, Mexico. They live in Longview.
The bride is a Greenville High School graduate, and she received a degree in social work from the University of North Texas in Denton.
The groom is a Decatur High School graduate and has attended Tarleton State University, Weatherford College and Texas Woman’s University. He plans to further his education in ministry in the Longview area. He is the youth ministry director at the First Baptist Church in Diana.

The bride-elect is a 2012 graduate of Paradise High School and is a May 2015 candidate for graduation from Texas Tech University. She is pursuing a degree in community, family and addiction services.
The prospective groom is a 2010 graduate of Midland High School in Midland. He graduated from Texas Tech University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts in music and business. He’s pursuing a Master of Arts degree in Christian ministry from Dallas Baptist University.
He is employed by Indiana Avenue Baptist Church in Lubbock.

Maid of honor was Allison Turbiville. Bridesmaids were Megan Bradford, Cynthia Briones, Jennifer Jeitz, Kate Abbott, Pamela Kelly, Bethany Renfro and Madeline Seagraves.
Flower girl was Elanor Abbott and ringbearer was Jason Abbott. They are the children of Chris and Kate Abbott.
Best man was Lane Duwe. Groomsmen were Luke Bradford, Jesse Bradford, Zack Silva, Chris Abbott, Aaron Fincher, Kyle Fincher and Andy Fincher.
The bride attended Texas Woman’s University and the groom the University of Texas at Arlington.
Following a trip to Hawaii, the couple lives in Decatur.

Douglas married Sarah Moore in 1975 at Texas Woman’s University in Denton.
He works for TD Industries, and Sarah is a homemaker.

Ashley Lorain Bowles of New York, N.Y., daughter of Austin and Penny Bowles of Fort Worth and formerly of Decatur, married Pieter Guadano, son of Art and Andrea Guadano of Durham, N.H., on Sept. 12, 2015, at the Wythe Hotel in Brooklyn, N.Y.
Jason Strasser of Oklahoma City, a close friend of the couple, officiated the double-ring ceremony.
Ashley is the granddaughter of Sue Jones and the late Hollis Jones and Russell and Eva North, all of Decatur.
Mike is the grandson of the late Albert and Audrey Monte of Harrington Park, N.J., and the late Michael and Nancy Guadano of Hanover, Mass.
Ashley was escorted by her father. She wore a silk floral jacquard gown by Amsale and carried a hand-tied bouquet of dahlias, garden roses, sweet pea and ranunculus in colors of ivory and blush.
The bride’s sister, Haley Bowles of Fort Worth, was maid of honor. Serving as flower girl was the couple’s morkie, Miss Pickles. The groom’s brother, Charlie Guadano of New York, was best man.
The reception was held at the hotel following the ceremony. The couple spent their honeymoon in Kauai, Hawaii.
Ashley graduated from Decatur High School in 2004 and from the University of Oklahoma in 2008, where she received a bachelor of arts degree in journalism and mass communication. She was a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma. Ashley is a financial communications consultant for Edelman.
Mike graduated from Phillips Exeter Academy in 2001 and from Duke University in 2005, where he received a bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering and computer science. Mike is an equity derivatives trader for Morgan Stanley.
The couple plan to continue living in New York.

A celebration dinner for family and friends was to be held Jan. 31 at the Cantina.
C.B. and the former Doris Jones were married Jan. 27, 1945, in Punta Gorda, Fla. C.B. was born and raised in Wise County and was a pilot in the Army Air Corps. He was also a rancher.
Doris was born and raised in Florida and was employed as a bookkeeper.
The Hoyls have two sons: Bryan, and wife, Jane; and Randall and wife, Darlena. They have one granddaughter, Leslieann.

The bride is the daughter of Lt. Col. Gary and Kathryn Andresen of Harlingen. The groom is the son of George and Sheila Ley of Flower Mound.
Judge Jan Morrow officiated the single-ring ceremony.
The bride has a master’s degree from Texas Woman’s University and is working on her doctorate at the University of North Texas, where she is employed. The groom is a graduate of Lewisville High School and Paris Junior College. He is retired, having owned a dry cleaners.
The couple will live in Decatur.
