Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Caleb Alexander
Elizabeth Berenice Taylor of Rhome, daughter of Ivonne and Alejandro Aleman of Grove Hill, Ala., and Francisco Taylor of Del Rio, married Daniel Caleb Alexander, son of Diana and Craig Allen of Rhome and the late Edson “Eddie” Alexander, Oct. 27, 2018, at Soli Deo Gloria in Greenwood.
Matt Rainwater and Tim Jenkins of the Rock in Bridgeport officiated the double-ring ceremony.
Francisco Taylor escorted the bride.
Maid of honor was the bride’s sister, Angela Taylor. Bridesmaids were Lauren Biven, Stefanie Garcia, Irene Mason, Sylvia Camancho, Arianna Rodriguez and Celeste Fields.
The flower girl was Emeri Jo Gilliam, daughter of Chris and Stephanie Gilliam. The train attendant was Kenzie Daniel.
Best man was Andrew Alexander, the groom’s brother.
Groomsmen were Colby Dial, Chance Dial, Taylor Edwards, Clay Campbell Sam Eastling and Kyler Finch.
A reception was given by the family at Soli Deo Gloria.
The couple took a wedding trip to Rome and Paris.
They will live in Rhome.
The bride graduated from Del Rio High School and is attending The King’s University in Southlake, with a major in inter-cultural studies.
The groom graduated from Paradise High School and is also attending the King’s University with a major in inter-cultural studies.

Curtis and Margaret Anderson of Decatur will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary on July 12, 2018.
Curtis Anderson married Margaret Chancellor at the home of Granny Shaw on July 12, 1968, in Decatur.
The couple has two children: Jennifer Terrell and husband, Steven, of Decatur; and Jacquelyn “JJ” Meyer and husband, Tim, of Alvord. They also have three grandchildren: Reid and Gage Terrell; and Tanner Meyer.
Curtis is retired from TU Electric and a member of Pleasant View Baptist Church.
Margaret is retired from Decatur Independent School District and a member of Pleasant View Baptist Church.
The will celebrate with a family dinner at Texas de Brazil.

The bride-elect graduated from Decatur High School in 2001. She works for the Decatur ISD and has volunteered for Relay for Life.
The prospective groom graduated from South Grand Prairie High School in 1990. He works for Corning.

The matrons of honor were Haylie Simon of Decatur and Hanna Scotton of Roanoke, both sisters of the bride. Bridesmaids included Brandie Williams of Stephenville and Kim Steinkamp of Decatur, both sisters of the groom, Natalie Rollard of Haslet, Amanda Delka of Decatur, Baylee Niblett of Denton and Chelsea Skinner of Austin.
The flower girls were Lauren Williams of Stephenville, Brooklyn and Aubrey Steinkamp of Decatur and Rhylea Shahan of Little Elm.
Ringbearers were Samuel Williams of Stephenville and Jaydon and Jaxon Shahan of Little Elm.

Leanna and Billy Brewer of Bridgeport will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary on Sept. 15, 2018.
They were married Sept. 15, 1968, at St. Jacob’s United Church of Christ in Republic, Ohio.
They have a son, Christopher J. Brewer of Annapolis, Md.
They are members of the First United Methodist Church of Bridgeport.
The family will host an anniversary celebration 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 16, at the First United Methodist Church in Bridgeport.
Jack and Claudia Cannon
Jack and Claudia Cannon of Decatur celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary Wednesday, March 7, 2018.
Claudia Morris married Jack Cannon in Los Angeles on March 7, 1968.
The couple’s children are Melissa Cannon Spendlove of Missouri City, Eric Cannon of San Antonio, Ryan Cannon of Salt Lake City, Utah, Scott Cannon of Decatur and Darrin Cannon of Ponder.
The couple also have 21 grandchildren and are expecting their 22nd.
Jack is a real estate broker. He is a member of the Lion’s Club, is involved with Boy Scouts of America and a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
Claudia is retired. She is also a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
The couple observed their anniversary with a party in Los Angeles and a family reunion hosted by the couple’s children at Log Country Cove in Burnet.
Lisa Freeman Castro and Bobby Joe Duty Jr.
Lisa Freeman Castro and Bobby Joe Duty Jr., will exchange vows Saturday, April 21, 2018, in Decatur.
The ceremony is planned for the LBJ National Grasslands with reception following at a private residence of close friends.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Slidell High School and has a bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University. She is the owner of Pro360 Virtual Tours and Photography.
The prospective groom graduated from Keller High School. He has been the staff photographer for the since 2001.
Roy and Jeannine Eaton
Roy and Jeannine Eaton of Decatur celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary Saturday, June 16 with a luncheon at the Decatur Conference Center.
The Eatons were married June 14, 1958, at the First United Methodist Church in Justin. Two members of the original wedding party, Mary Shannon of Fort Worth and Ere Nye of Dallas, were special guests at the luncheon.
Roy and Jeannine have three sons and six grandchildren. They are Jeff and Terry Eaton of Arlington and their daughters, Sara Weeks and her husband, Matthew, of Coppell and Jessica Eaton of McKinney; Barry and Kelly Eaton of Justin and their son, Josh Jones, of Abilene and daughter, Kory Jones, of Fort Worth; Brian and Felecia Eaton of Fort Worth and their sons, Taylor Cansler and Benjamin Eaton, both of Austin.
Entertainment for the luncheon was provided by the Duane Durrett trio. Both Roy and Jeannine are graduates of Northwest High School and Texas Christian University.

Teela Evans, daughter of Jeannie and Mark King, married Jason Evans, son of Kim Evans and Sonny Bledsoe, all of Bridgeport, on June 23, 2018, at The Hall in Bowie.
The Rev. Jim Dickerson officiated the double-ring ceremony.
The bride was escorted by her father.
Matron of honor was Kimberly Robinson, and maid of honor was Wanda Boswell.
Flower girls were Brilee, Makenna and Paisley Evans, daughters of Jason and Teela Evans.

The bride graduated from Decatur High School in 2006 and works at Healthcare Associates of Texas-Southlake.
The groom graduated from DHS in 2005 and attends American Intercontinental University. He works at the Premier Truck Group.
John William and Beverly Ruth Fuller
John William and Beverly Ruth Fuller of Boyd will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary June 8, 2018.
John married Beverly Hilliard June 8, 1968, in Fort Worth.
He retired from Howell Instruments after 37 years as a mechanical inspector, and Beverly is a homemaker. Both are members of Boyd Church of Christ.
The couple also volunteered with Boyd Band Boosters for 12 years. Beverly was a volunteer at the Boyd Public Library for 29 years, and was named Library Volunteer of the Year in 2012.
The couple has three children: Sean Steven Fuller of Tyler, Brian Scott Fuller of Fort Worth and Phalassa Fuller McArthur of Tyler.
Their grandchildren are Kassidy Fuller, Laci Fuller, Ava Fuller, Kaniah Fuller, Everest Fuller and Ziva McArthur.
The couple will celebrate June 9 with a private party in Fort Worth hosted by their children.

Kaitlyn Callie Kaker of Midland, daughter of Jack and Laura Belcher of Paradise, will marry Sean Gregory Griffin of Midland, son of Karen Hoogendorn and Gregory Griffin, on April 2, 2018, at The Brooks in Weatherford.
The bride-elect graduated from Paradise High School in 2007 and the University of North Texas in 2011. She’s a 2016 graduate of South Texas College of Law. She works for Chevron USA Inc.
The prospective groom graduated from Leander High School in 2006, Sam Houston State in 2010 and South Texas College of Law in 2014.

She wore a strapless gown with a sweetheart neckline, lace corset bodice and full tulle skirt. She also wore her mother’s veil.
Matron of honor was Jessica Mowery, the bride’s sister. Bridesmaids were Jennie Furstenberg, Macey Hunter, Courtney Jones and Jessica Simmons.
The flower girls were nieces of the bride, Lillie Mowery, daughter of Derrick and Jessica Mowery and Kenley Harris, daughter of Jon and Kirsten Harris.
Ring bearers were the bride’s nephews, Logan and Lane Mowery, sons of Derrick and Jessica Mowery.

Blakely Ann Brown, daughter of Chad and Jackie Brown, all of Decatur, married Blake Wilson Haney, son of Kevin and Julie Haney, all of Decatur, at Flying V Ranch in Decatur on Nov. 5, 2017.
The Rev. John Hogan officiated the double-ring ceremony.
The bride was escorted by her father.
Maid of honor was Morgan Haney, a childhood friend of the bride and sister of the groom. Bridesmaids were Addie Skinner, Ellen Kiesel, Mckenna Scott, Mallory Oxford and Gentry Kempton.
Flower girls were Ava Miller and Skylar Sicking, cousins of the groom.
The best man was Harrison Haney, brother of the groom. Groomsmen were Barrett Brown, brother of the bride, Caleb Hogan, Chris Saunders, Will Doubrava and Ty Watson.

The couple took a honeymoon to Grand Cayman. They live in Euless.

The groom graduated from DHS in 2012 and from A&M in 2016. He works for JQ Engineers in Fort Worth.

The bride-elect graduated from Decatur High School in 2014 and from Baylor University in 2017, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in speech pathology.
The prospective groom graduated from Denison High School in 2007. He has a bachelor’s degree in political science from Oklahoma State University. He is currently pursuing an MBAA from Baylor. He works for Poco Graphite Inc. in Decatur.

The bride-elect attended Decatur High School, University of Texas and University of North Texas.

Matron of honor was Laura Wilcoxon. Bridesmaids were Kacie Cox, Tara Berry and Malinda Borrer.
Flower girls were Brailee Brown and Addy Calhoun.
Ringbearer was Dean Calhoun.
Best man was Lance Holloway. Groomsmen were Jordan Sereika, Michael Watts and Brock Nivens. Clay Hopkins served as usher.
A reception followed at the home of Terry and Judy Brown.
The couple will live in Decatur.
Rueben and Barbara Pinkerton
Rueben and Barbara Pinkerton of Decatur celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary Friday, May 4, 2018.
They were married May 4, 1958.
The couple has one child, Tracy, of Decatur. They have three grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Rueben is retired from IGA and Pinkerton Food Store, and Barbara teaches art lessons at Decatur Art.
Mr. and Mrs. Rocco Joseph Prestifilippo
Lauren Audra McCurdy, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Patrick McCurdy of Decatur, and Rocco Joseph Prestifilippo, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Prestifilippo of Houston, married Saturday, Sept. 30, 2017, at The Bell Tower on 34th in Houston.
The double ring ceremony was officiated by the Rev. Eric Huffman.
The bride was escorted by her father and given in marriage by her parents.
She wore an ivory, lace gown designed by Martina Liana. The fit and flare silhouette was complimented with stunning lattice work, a sweetheart neckline, dainty pearl details, a low illusion back and a beautiful cathedral train. The bride carried an elegant bouquet of garden roses, ranunculus, hydrangeas and eucalyptus.
Maid of honor was Kristen Eldridge. Bridesmaids included Kendall Trachta, Chelsea McCurdy, Reagan Trachta, Cameron Trachta, Jennifer Rogowski and Lisa Prestifilippo.
Best men were Brad Evans and Jonathan Immel. Groomsmen were Tony Floyd, Christian Tellez, Jonah Rogowski, Cole McCurdy and Yates McCurdy.
Ushers were Nicholas Trachta and Kris Handlon.
String music was provided by Third Floor String Quartet.
A reception, hosted by the bride’s parents, immediately followed with dinner and dancing.
The groom’s parents hosted a rehearsal dinner and welcome reception at the Hilton Americas in Houston the night before the wedding.
Lauren is a 2007 graduate of Decatur High School. She received a Bachelor of Science in retail management from Texas Tech University in 2011. Lauren works in sales at MSI Supply in Houston.
Rocco is a 2007 graduate of Kingwood High School. He received a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from Texas Tech University in 2012. Rocco is a mechanical engineer for TechnipFMC.
The couple honeymooned in Seychelles, Africa, and reside in Houston.
Sara Elizabeth Oxford and Joseph Bryan Redwine
Sara Elizabeth Oxford, daughter of Jimmy and Sonia Oxford, will marry Joseph Bryan Redwine, son of Joe and Kim Redwine, all of Decatur, Jan. 5, 2019, at Monroe Pearson in Denton.
The bride-elect graduated from Decatur High School in 2011. She has a degree from Texas Woman’s University. She is a graphic designer and social media manager at NRS.
The prospective groom graduated from DHS in 2010. He has a degree from TWU and is a supply chain analyst at Verizon Wireless Data Center.

Josh Davis, a friend of the couple, officiated the double-ring ceremony.
The bride was escorted by her father.
Maid of Honor was Karis Kuykendall. Bridesmaids were Holly Harrison, Carly Roggy, Ashleigh Taylor, Reagan Trachta and Laura Waggoner.
Flower girl was Gemma Kuykendall, daughter of Karis Kuykendall.
Best man was the father of the groom. Groomsmen were Ayrton Bryan, Todd Griffith, Anthony Totilo, Austin Tucker and Taylor Waisanen.
A reception was hosted by the bride’s parents at the venue.
A rehearsal and welcome dinner was hosted by the groom’s parents the night before at the Cedar Door in Austin.
The couple will live in Seattle.
The bride graduated from Decatur High School in 2010. She graduated from Texas A&M in 2014. She is a benefits specialist for Moss Adams.
The groom graduated from Marcus High School in 2013, and from A&M in 2013. He is a safety manager for BN Builders.

Emily Lynne Wingler of Colorado Springs, Colo., daughter of Doug and Trish Wingler of Lakeport, Calif., married Jared Douglas Sturdivant of Enid, Okla., son of Steve and Jaime Sturdivant of Bridgeport, on Dec. 27, 2017, at The Lodge at Blue Lakes in Lakeport, Calif.
The bride was escorted by her father.
The maid of honor was Rachel Wingler. Bridesmaids included Briana Dutcher and Megan Sturdivant. Flower girl was Avery Perry.
The groom’s best man was Ryan Sloan. Groomsmen were Andrew Banez and Dylan Sloan.
A reception followed the double-ring ceremony at The Lodge at Blue Lakes.
The couple took a trip to San Francisco.
They will live at Vance Air Force Base in Enid, Okla.
The bride graduated from Lakeport High School in 2012 and Colorado Academy for Veterinary Technology. She works as a neurology assistant at Powers Pet Emergency and Specialty.
The groom graduated from Bridgeport High School in 2013 and the United States Air Force Academy in 2017. He is a second lieutenant in pilot training at Vance Air Force Base.
Rusty and Heather Vincent
Rusty and Heather Vincent will celebrate their 10th wedding anniversary March 4, 2018.
Rusty Vincent married Heather Gackenbach on March 4, 2008, in Decatur.
The couple has two children: Grady, age 9; and Abigail, age 8.
Rusty is a natural gas mechanic for Targa Midstream Resources. He is active in coaching his children’s sporting activities and fishing.
Heather is a homemaker and is active at Grace Fellowship Church. She enjoys time with family and friends.
The couple will celebrate by taking a trip to Riviera Maya this summer.

Jennifer Lynne Endsley of Decatur, daughter of Mike and Carrie Endsley of Alvord, will marry Travis Allen Williams of Decatur, son of Rafe and Annette Williams of Boyd, on April 7, 2018, at the Big White Barn in Decatur.
The bride-elect has a degree in physical therapist assistance from Odessa College and a bachelor’s degree in exercise physiology from Midwestern State University. She’s employed by Fit-N-Wise at Wise Health System in Decatur.
The prospective groom graduated from Angelo State University with a bachelor’s degree in geoscience. He works for EE&G Inc.
Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Thomas Winn
Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Thomas Winn of Bridgeport celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary Nov. 8, 2018.
Nelroy Griffin married Herbert Thomas Winn Nov. 8, 1958, in Pecos.
They have three children: Robin Winn Holder and husband, Lester, of Bridgeport; Carol Winn Chaffin and husband, Ronald, of Tomball; and Glen Winn and wife, Lynn, of Bridgeport. They also have 13 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Mr. Winn is a retired electrical engineer from Lockheed Martin in Fort Worth. Mrs. Winn is a retired CPA from Baylor Scott and White Hospital (formerly All Saints Episcopal Hospital) in Fort Worth. She is a member of United Methodist Women. Both are members of Poolville United Methodist Church.
A party, hosted by the couple’s children, will be held during the Thanksgiving holiday.
Charles and Henry Jeanne Wolfe
Charles and Henry Jeanne Wolfe will celebrate their 65th wedding anniversary on Wednesday, March 7.
They were married March 7, 1953, in Weatherford. Both are lifetime residents of Wise County. Charles is a member of the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church No. 2. Henry Jeanne is a member of the Boyd Church of Christ.
They are the parents of Steve Wolfe, Noelle Wolfe Holmes and the late Jon Edwin Wolfe. They are the grandparents of Chris Wolfe and the great-grandparents of Lane Wolfe and Dakota Wolfe.
